Watermelon Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 C cucumber
  • 2 C watermelon
  • 1 T ginger
  • 1 lime
  • 1 C ice cubes
  • 1 C light coconut milk

Directions

Mise En Place

  • Wash and dry produce.
  • Chop the cucumber into thin slices and add to the blender.
  • Chop up the watermelon into smaller pieces
  • Cut the ginger up and measure out 1 tablespoon.
  • Squeeze out the necessary lime juice.
  • Measure out the necessary amount of ice.

Prepare recipe

  • Add all ingredients to blender and the coconut milk to the blender and blend all the until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
