Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix lemon juice and tahini well, and loosen the thickness to preference by gradually adding water.

Add paprika, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
