Ingredients

  • 8 ounces extra firm tofu, drained and diced
  • 1 tablespoon Bibimbap Sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F.

Gently toss the tofu with 1 tablespoon of bibimbap sauce.

Evenly spread the tofu on a parchment-lined baking tray and roast for 30 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from oven and set aside until ready for use.
