Combine spice mix ingredients and mix well. Store covered in a cool, dry place.
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Combine oil, salt, and spice mix.
Rub spice mix over chicken legs and thighs.
Place on lined baking tray and roast for 20 to 25 minutes then flip and roast for 10 more minutes until cooked to 165°F and juices run clear.
Serve warm.
