Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz box rice noodles
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 15-oz can vegetables, peas & carrots
  • 1 15-oz can Corn
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce, low sodium

Directions

Mise en Place

  • Drain and rinse canned vegetables
  • Measure out sesame seeds and soy sauce
  • Rehydrate rice noodles in warm water for 5 minutes
  • Drain noodles, place in a bowl and set aside.

Prepare the Batter

  • In the bowl of noodles, add corn and vegetable mix.
  • Add soy sauce and sesame seeds
  • Toss ingredients until well combined

Serve

  • Serve chilled
  • Enjoy!
