Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) box rice noodles, rehydrated and drained
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1 (15 ounce) can vegetables, peas & carrots, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium

Directions

In the bowl of noodles, add corn and vegetable mix.

Add soy sauce and sesame seeds.

Toss ingredients until well combined.

Serve chilled.
