- 1 8-oz box rice noodles
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 15-oz can vegetables, peas & carrots
- 1 15-oz can Corn
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce, low sodium
Mise en Place
- Drain and rinse canned vegetables
- Measure out sesame seeds and soy sauce
- Rehydrate rice noodles in warm water for 5 minutes
- Drain noodles, place in a bowl and set aside.
Prepare the Batter
- In the bowl of noodles, add corn and vegetable mix.
- Add soy sauce and sesame seeds
- Toss ingredients until well combined
