Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce) can diced pineapple, in fruit juice, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup lime juice, (about 2 limes)

Directions

Combine pineapple, oranges, coconut, and lime juice in a large bowl.

Mix until well combined.

Serve and enjoy!
