- 2 C pineapple, frozen (or other pulpy fruit)
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 C water, cold
- 2 Tbsp basil, roughly chopped
Mise en place
- Measure out all the ingredients.
- Wash and dry basil.
- Roughly chop the basil.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth, about the consistency of a frozen slush. Add more water if necessary
Serve cold and enjoy!
