- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 pear
Mise En Place
- Wash and Dry produce.
- Thinly slice pears. Juice and zest the lemons.
- Measure out ingredients
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place sliced pears, lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, and cinnamon (if using) in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Pour mixture on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until pears are soft and starting to caramelize or brown.
