Korean Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, pineapple), 1/2 inch dice
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 5 plastic cups

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Put individual servings in plastic cups and put cups in the freeze for at least 1 hour.

Serve cold. If the frozen yogurt has been in the freezer for more than 2 hours, it may need to be thawed for 10 minutes prior to serving.
