Ingredients

  • 3 C seedless watermelon
  • 3 C cucumbers
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 3 Tbsp lime juice

Directions

Mise en place

  • Cube watermelon
  • Slice cucumbers
  • Chop mint leaves

Make salad

  • Place watermelon and cucumbers into a large mixing bowl
  • Squeeze in lime juice
  • Toss salad

Serve

  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves
  • Serve and enjoy!
