Fruit and Cheese Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 4 slices cantaloupe
  • 4 strawberries
  • 4 blackberries
  • 2 ounces cheddar cheese

Directions

Mise En Place

  • Rinse and dry the fruit.
  • Peel, remove the seeds, and dice the cantaloupe.
  • Remove the strawberry stems.

Prepare Recipe

  • Dice the cheese or use1-to 1 1/2 inch cookie cutters to cut shapes out of the cheese.
  • Thread fruit and cheese into 4 small skewers.
  • Place in a flat storage and chill until serving time (or up to 24 hours).

Serve:

  • Serve and enjoy!
