Ingredients

  • 1 C of frozen or cooked edamame (plain)
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds (raw)

Directions

Mise En Place

  • Rinse edamame, if necessary
  • Place in mixing bowl

Prepare the recipe

  • Squeeze juice from lime over edamame.
  • Toss remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Serve and enjoy!
