Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen or fresh edamame, cooked
  • 1/2 lime (about 2 teaspoons)
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds (raw)

Directions

Squeeze juice from lime over edamame.

Toss remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Serve and enjoy!
