Ingredients

  • 1 T garlic
  • 1 T ginger
  • 1/4 C soy sauce , low sodium
  • 2 T sesame oil
  • 1 T Gochujang (red chili paste), optional

Prepare Sauce

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together.

Use Sauce:

  • Use sauce to flavor dishes with rice, vegetables, and protein.

Note: Gochujang (red chili paste) is spicy and can be omitted to be more kid-friendly or for spice sensitive.
