Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 C of plain low-fat Greek yogurt,
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 tsp of Salt and pepper

Directions

Mise En Place:

  • Wash and Dry produce
  • Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  • Cut the lime in half and set it aside.
  • Measure out the Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.

Prepare:

  • Combine avocado, yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a blender or bowl.
  • Blend or mash until smooth.

Serve:

  • Serve and enjoy!
