- 1 avocado
- 1/2 C of plain low-fat Greek yogurt,
- 1/2 lime
- 1 tsp of Salt and pepper
Mise En Place:
- Wash and Dry produce
- Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Cut the lime in half and set it aside.
- Measure out the Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.
- Combine avocado, yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a blender or bowl.
- Blend or mash until smooth.
