Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds watermelon, seedless
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup low-fat granola
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Directions
Scoop watermelon into cups using ice cream scoops or 1 tablespoon measuring spoon.
Add selected toppings. Enjoy!
