Ingredients

  • 1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups seedless watermelon, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 lime, juiced in a small bowl
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup light coconut milk

Directions

In a blender, add the cucumber, watermelon, lime juice, ginger, ice, and coconut milk.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into two glasses.

Serve and enjoy!
