Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup of plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 lime (about 1 tablespoon juice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Combine avocado, yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a blender or bowl.

Blend or mash until smooth.
