Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 5 cups plain air-popped popcorn
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, reduced fat, grated

Directions

Whisk oil, pepper and lemon juice in a small bowl.

Drizzle over popcorn and toss to coat.

Sprinkle with parmesan and serve immediately.
