Ingredients

  • 3 cups of strawberries (or any fruit, frozen or fresh)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of water

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.

Adjust water as needed to thin out the smoothie.

Pour into 4 cups and enjoy.
