This special session is designed to strengthen and build upon students’ basic cooking skills. Students will practice classic cooking techniques and work with ingredients from the culinary traditions of a range of world cultures. All lessons emphasize using fresh, quality ingredients and adopting healthy cooking and eating habits. Selected lessons will be taught guest chefs with a specialty in the day’s featured cuisine. By the end of the session, students will have learned to prepare complete meals while touring world cuisine.
