Students will have a chance to learn directly from Chefs at top Chicago restaurants in this six-week session. Students will learn about the cuisines of different countries and regions as guest chefs bring in recipes and ingredients that illustrate the variety of world cuisines they prepare. All lessons teach basic cooking skills, and emphasize learning to recognize and cook with fresh, quality ingredients. Lessons build upon student skills gradually, so students will learn to prepare complete meals while touring world cuisine.
