Eleanor was born and raised in the ethnically diverse neighborhood of Rogers Park in Chicago with a strong passion for kids, food, and helping the
greater good. She received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois- Champaign Urbana. Before coming to Common Threads she
spent many years in the software development industry. Eleanor is truly following her life’s path in working with Special Projects and Events at
Common Threads. Her role includes working with the Board of Directors to continue to help raise awareness for the mission and goals of Common Threads,
as well as working with individual donors and supporters of the organization. Eleanor also works on coordinating and executing Common Threads’
sponsored and recipient events. There’s always something exciting happening with Common Threads and the local communities they serve!
